Meet our Executive Chef and CEO of

Kajun Kidd Burgers and Wings, the

talented, Cardell Lawrence Smith. 

Originally from Laplace, LA, Cardell is

known for his Cajun cooking styles and

flavorful food.  Chef Dell obtained a

Culinary Arts Degree from Delgado

Community College in New Orleans, LA

and was a part of the world-renowned

St. Augustine High School Marching 100

band. He is known for jazzing up food while vibing to some music.  Even as a young child, Chef Dell was always giving a helping hand in the kitchen cooking with family.  His parents knew that this would be his career.  He has worked in amazing atmospheres like the Ritz Carlton in New Orleans, LA and Buckhead, GA.  He has cooked for numerous celebrities and served as a private chef for NFL football players, such as Jarius Byrd (Carolina Panthers).  Chef Dell was also seen on Food Network's COOKS vs CONS season 5, episode 12.
